Meet Phoenix – Our Office Mascot and Complaints Manager 🐾

Say hello to Phoenix, the Border Collie who runs the show behind the scenes at our office. Known as the Complaints Manager and our lovable office mascot, Phoenix brings joy, energy, and a big smile to everyone who walks through our door!

Phoenix is an absolute pro when it comes to managing stress – you’ll always find him with a toy in his mouth, ready for a walk, a pat or expertly navigating his way through the office to brighten everyone's day.

With his incredible intelligence, Phoenix knows every trick in the book and loves showing off his skills, whether it’s a high five, sit, or paw!

When he’s not solving “paws”itive workplace issues, Phoenix is busy spreading happiness and good vibes. His playful spirit and happy demeanour reflect the same positive, proactive attitude we pride ourselves on in the real estate industry.

Visit us, and you might catch Phoenix spreading good vibes and ensuring everyone’s happy (and entertained!). 🐶
